Easy to miss food truck but not one to sleep on! We ordered two "quesadillas" but they were not at all what we expected in terms of quesadillas. They were essentially tacos with one layer. Went with the chicken tinga and spicy beef as this what they recommended. Both were so good and, again, not what I would've expected. There are a few seats outside the truck to enjoy your food on and a grocery store nearby to grab a soda to accompany! The women in the truck were so pleasant and helpful!

Closest thing I found to eating quesadilla off the final in DMC. I haven't found a filling I don't like. They are light, fresh and simply delicious. The perfect balance of Ingredients at a fair price. I line that they are so small so I can eat one or two for a snack.

We can't give too much of a review as we only tried one of their menu items, but it was very delicious tortilla to compliment the quesadilla. The concept of how the quesadilla looks was different than expected but still yummy to eat. Would come back to try more food! Definitely check out the spot

Street cart galore! I love the dillas here! So simple, so delicious! It's legit become a go-to every week or so. You'll thank me when you grab a couple to go with both sauce options. This was a delightful find in the time of covid.

I loved these quesadillas for a while when I ate meat. I love them even more now because they offer a vegetarian option hongos [mushrooms] and it is delicious. Things that stand out. They are clean! The food handlers do not handle money. The tortillas are handmade. They are friendly. They have delivery. The homemade SAUCES!!!!! are delicious. They can bottle those and start their own business. They really need to patent those. They are very accommodating to their client's needs.

These guys are awesome! The quesadillas are delicious, especially the papa con pollo. They make their own tortillas, and the chicken doesn't have any weird pieces on it. They are also generous on the cheese. You can call ahead and place your order, not sure if they have delivery. They are also very clean, and have separate people to cook and to handle money.

Everytime I think of a quick bite and i am not cooking I come here, these quesadillas are heaven and Angels dancing In my mouth, I know right, don't judge me lol, my favorites ones are tinga and carne con rajas, the dough is hand made, and cook on the spot , therefore its crunchy and a bit crispy , Aside from the fact that the quesadillas are delicious they are affordable, you cant beat that! Good spot. P.S they have three different sauces, I like the avocado green one.

Quesadillas on the street? Don't mind if I do. In an area where tacos, momos, and arepas rule the food cart scene, it has been refreshing to see a specialty cart featuring something as wonderful as quesadillas. These babies are the real deal too, each made to order and super delicious. Las Quesadillas has become a cart of its own class by the quality of their food. The fillings are papa con pollo (potatoes + chicken), papa con chorizo (potatoes + diced Mexican sausage), chicharron (fried pork rinds), carne con rajas (meat with sliced poblano peppers), tinga (shredded meat), hongos (mushrooms), and the classic queso (cheese). I've sampled each flavor (except the hongos) and love every one of them. The papas con chorizo is probably my favorite, because the soft starchiness of the potatoes blends together with the bold but delicious contrast of the chorizo. They've since expanded their menu, which now also consists of other items like gorditas and the elusive tlacoyo and with similar toppings as the quesadilla. Each of the tortillas are made by hand (hechos a mano) and the portions are substantial. They clearly take their time making each one, even if there is a line. The food is definitely made with amor. And who can go wrong at $2.50 a pop? That's cheaper than most tacos. Cash only. They also offer delivery within the area, which I hope to take advantage of one day. Otherwise, I plan on making this part of my frequent rotation of street foods whenever I'm in the area.

I work in the area. This is THE BEST food on Roosevelt! Everything is made fresh the morning of. Tinga and Carne con Rajas are my favorite. $2.50 each with very big portions. Tortillas are homemade as well. If they were at any of the Smorgasburg locations this would be $12.00 each. No joke. The owners are really nice, it's a pleasure to order from them. Tip: when the weather is bad, they are usually closed.
